For cruise ship and train pick-ups: A Space Port Transport
driver will meet you at the cruise terminal exit and train
station. He/she will be holding a Welcome sign with your name
and number of people on it.
If your group is going on a
cruise from port Canaveral, please note that most cruise lines
use 55+ passenger busses and you will have to wait until the
busses are completely full before they will depart. This
process can take over 2 hours.
If you have 3 or more people
in your group Space Port Transport can save you money. Most
cruise busses charge between
$35.00-$40.00per person/one way,
$70.00 to $75.00 round trip.
Remember, Space Port Transport is $88.00 one-way
for up to 3 people and $176.00 for round trip.
Most transportation companies
start charging at least $10.00 extra for pick-ups starting at
6:00pm or 7:00pm. Then charge an additional $10.00 for every
hour after 6:00pm or 7:00pm. At Space Port Transport we have
the same flat rate ($88.00 for 1-3 people) until 9:00 pm. After
9:00 pm our rate increases $10.00 for the group, and $10.00
every 2 hours after that until 6:00 am.
If your flight arrives at 1:30
pm or later on the day of your cruise, most transportation
companies can not get you to Port Canaveral in time for your
cruise. At Space Port Transport we can get you to the Port in
time, as long as we leave the Orlando Int’l Airport by no later
than 3:00pm. (please note, all passengers have to be on their
cruise ship no later than 4:00pm).
When you call for reservations
we will ask you a few questions. All questions are relevant
so that you can enjoy your cruise (embarkation and
disembarkation) hassle free. Space Port Transport monitors your
incoming flight into the Orlando area, and we will also get you
back on your return flight, hassle free.
Our vehicles are late model
editions, with cloth (not vinyl) seats for your comfort.
Space Port Transport has a 24
hour cancellation policy. If you or your group misses a
connecting flight, change your flight itinerary, or have any
other type of cancellations, you must call Space Port Transport
to reschedule or request a refund.
There is a $25.00 fee for cancelled reservations 24 hours in
advance. All other cancellations within 24 hours will be charged
the price of their one-way transportation fare.
Space Port Transport is not
responsible for items left behind in any of our vehicles.
Therefore, make sure you have all your belongings when you exit
the vehicle.
Space Port Transport reserves
the right to change our prices without prior notice. Tolls are
included in the price. However, gratuities for your driver are
not included.
